Families will be welcomed into our beautifully themed grotto, where every detail has been designed to bring festive joy to life. Children will meet Santa himself, capture a magical moment and enjoy an unforgettable Christmas experience at the heart of the city.
With limited spaces available, make sure to book early to avoid disappointment. Walk- up tickets may be available on the day however are subject to availability and are charged at a higher ticket price.

Ticket Options:
Ticket Option 1
£12.00 – This ticket includes entry to Santa’s Grotto and a 6”x 9” festive photograph with Santa. Each child ticket holder may be accompanied by a maximum of two adults at no additional charge. Adults are defined as anyone aged 16 and over.
Ticket Option 2
£15.00 – This includes entry to Santa’s Grotto, 6”x 9” festive photograph with Santa and a special gift from Santa. Each child ticket holder may be accompanied by a maximum of two adults at no additional charge. Adults are defined as anyone aged 16 and over.
Important Information before you buy:
- We recommend tickets are purchased online in advance to guarantee entry and to avoid disappointment.
- Walk-up tickets may be available on the day however are subject to availability and are charged at a higher price.
- Each ticket is valid only for the date and time shown.
- One festive photograph is included per ticket, additional photographs and merchandise can be purchased on site.
- Only those holding a valid ticket will receive a photograph.
- Only those holding a ticket that includes a gift will receive a gift.
- Upgrades – If you have purchased a £12 ticket, you may upgrade onsite to include a gift (subject to availability).
- A maximum of five people may attend together in one group (including adults & children).
- Santa is very busy and very popular – please keep this in mind as there are many children for him to see, so he may work quickly to make sure everyone gets their special moment.
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, performers and other visitors.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests behaving inappropriately, without a refund.
